FCD use admitted when he's accusing Windrunner of MH:

There were total 3 fog clicks done by kipncat.

After I reviewed replay, first one could be delayed click due to vision.
Second and Third are definitely proving he was Maphack since it wasn't even close.
Especially, clicking Axe was one of best evidences, since Axe was at fountain.
