Player 36dd(Bloodseeker) following faceless void(spoon) and did use his skill on void which effects silence, so void wasn't able to use any skill From 16:55.
Especially time stamp is 18:08 , 18:27 , 18:39 and so on.

Also this player is regarded as maphack, as clicking Spectre several times at different time stamp when spectre was on fountain.
