Please keep sure you know exact rule which are well explained at here LTD Rules

There is no rule which prohibit players from drawing except LIHL.
It is not mandatory to draw although one of your team leaves. The leaver should be treated as autoban, and opponents who didn't draw wouldn't get any punishment.
