Joined and left 5 times, always left during countdown timer. Clearly trying to delay the game from starting.

All 5 times, clearly intentional. Should be banned for 1-3 days depending on previous offenses.

I also warned him that I would do this request and that he was breaking rules, he still continued. So even if he had not known the rules, he should have ingame. So this is very bad behaviour. even Players in Team 2 wanted him to get banned, because it makes one angry if a game gets delayed multiple times.
