[b]Time of Violation (in-game or replay):at 15:05 Robyn says "I am watching TV" @15:37 says "ok I guess I wont help you" @15:50 says "time to get banned" then proceeds to destroy 3 towers and a hunter.
[b]Any further thoughts: I feel Rybon needs a permanent ban. He, knowing he would be banned for TK, continued to attack buildings/hunters to ruine a game. He also mentioned he was watching TV and not focusing on a game he joined and ruined it for everyone trying to enjoy a good game.
