Any further thoughts: Beginning of the game he has been griefing calling everyone noobs and just being all pessimistic, at 17:00 he decides to stay in fountain and not help the team when raxes have not been destroyed at all. Then I warned him to play or get banned which he then chose to hook me a few times to mess things around.

I think he deserves a ban.
