How am I the one that gets ban requested for refusal to kick? If you look at the chat log, you were the ONLY person that voted to kick rubick. By your logic, every other player in the game should have been banned.

Also, getting "improper items" is not bannable". People have different strategies. People do not have to play some cookie-cutter strategy from the first google search result. Just because it's not an item build you would get, does not mean it's game ruining. And if the guy doesn't know what he's doing, then he might just be a noob at the hero and needs help. I feel sorry for rubick and void for having to put up with that. It's people like you that give the DOTA community a bad reputation.

Also, the guy you're saying is game ruining went 9-9 while you went 2-11. You also went a tank hero and didn't get a single tank item. If anything, you should have listened to rubick and gotten tank items. By your own logic, you should be banned for being a noob getting improper items... but as I said previously, improper items is not bannable.
