No one asked for modes, as far as I have seen. there is no "Default mode" in Castle fight. Normally People ask for modes and then get told it. I always recommend to ask for modes, it only makes sense not to ask for them, if you want to prevent others from checking your stats, and then it is your own risk. Of course it sucks when some crazy modes are played then, but no one forced you not to ask about it. So just think of asking first, he did not lie about modes and there are no "Default modes" in Castle fight, just some that are more common. So it don't has to be seen as breaking a rule, also he did not tell modes. But if you want to ban everyone that forgets to post modes, you'll get a long history of ban requests. Just learn to ask about modes, if a Player then doesn't answer or lie about modes, then your request is more realistic. Modes are always a Kind of balanced, except -glwX with a low time to win, because you won't be able to react fast enough. Maybe there should be a discussion about Setting more rules for modes.
