After watching the replay I can confirm Indrial's request: rape_the_dark didn't build during that round therefor leaked.
Even if there was no real consequence on his team that round the rule was broken.

I support this request.

This has been the case stated in the Staff Wiki, it has been adjusted to reflect in the main rules and will be handled as I have handled the others. Value means nothing if no real clog happened.
