Time of Violation (in-game or replay): pretty much whole game. min 41 they said him 2 stop and he didn't.
Any further thoughts: I'm doing this ban request for a friend which played on that game, so it's ur call to say if this guy deserve ban or not, cause I haven't really watched the replay.

I think that's what you're refering to:
After reviewing the replay; I noticed two major fights in which SevenEleven didn't participate; around min 15, and minute 25. Minute 15, he was far from the fight and couldn't reach in time. Minute 25, whole team (exept SevenEleven) engaged in a dumb fight, resulting in their death. However, I think Seven was simply farming to help the team better. He then participated in successful fights around minute 27-28. Another successful fight in which kimi participated; minute 32. At minute 35, other team pushes middle RAX as kimi is pushing bot. However, dark green isn't defending either and I personally would not blame kimi on that.
Where your claim might make some sense is around minute 43
Kimi goes to the fountain to heal, his team is fighting top, but instead decides to go bot and push. Brown rages at him with multiple pings which makes Seven answer to him and stop playing for a moment which is understandable, I guess.
Seven then returns bottom line as the enemy team is pushing bot tower and rax. Instead of going to fight, he blocks the enemy creeps from reaching his tower which stops enemy team to rax bottom (minute 45) which is a good tactic.
Overall, I honestly think SevenEleven played with the best of his capacities and I don't think he has refused to play with the team. He did miss 3 team battles, which I explained above, but he also participated in multiple other fights. I seriously don't think you can blame someone for farming while the rest of the team fights if no one gives indication and tries to rally the troops. No one did that, but rather blamed Seven after they lost the fight.
More importantly, Seven wasn't the sole player to get blamed:
(30:52 / Allied) Chesterfield: we lost bcs of u kaka (pink)
Then pink blamed: Lightblue
(28:59 / Allied) gugol: !votekick bo (booskaP)
(35:19 / Allied) Flandria: still solo
(35:20 / Allied) Flandria: team
(35:23 / Allied) Flandria: fucking noobs (Flandria blames whole team)
I have personally played two games with SevenElevel just this morning and despite not being very good, he was a decent teammate willing to win the game. I think he played the very same way in this specific game, and in my opinion, this is not worthy of a ban.

I really did try that game. I got stuck solo mid as kimi vs kido who is range and obito with a stun and silence.... late game I was yelled at for not helping kakashi as he was running away saying i was going to be banned for not helping team. I was half dead and kakashi was able to get away. I didnt go and help because i was so weak I didnt want to feed. They did try to vote kick me for it. Even after explaining that they kept flaming me and trying to vote kick me...
