I've seen these guy do this many times before. So many games, and he continues.

So he starts afking at the fountain around 20 mins into the replay and kept resetting the timer by moving until 27 when the votekick on him started. After that he goes top and dies. After reviving he just starts afking once again until the end of the game.

After reviewing:

Banning earthchild@uswest.battle.net for 7 days (Refusal to play - he was there as he came back, and went afk again)
