Yellow forced a send on 2, then sent trash for 3. The votekick would be justifiable as it continued for more than one round.

Also, you need to read and understand the rules-

Votekick should only be used when someone is breaking an ENT rule- not just when someone is AFK. ANY time a rule is broken, a player can be votekicked.

stormy1 is on the boarderline of abuse and not abused, banned 4 hours as a warning to not start votekick after yellow only did it for 1 round.
