Violated Rule(s): Refusing to kick our AFKer, refusing to kick same afk griefer/feeder. Clearly abusing AFK but Reaper refuses to kick so they can rax and win then act like 'oh you never said that'
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Towards the end not sure exact time happens in the last 2-3 mins of game since they just rax and throne...
Any further thoughts: Guy refuses to kick because they don't want a chance of losing even though last game we kicked his afk'er/lagger to give them a chance. This kind of stuff is bad gamesmenship especially when we showed manner and kicked someone for his team last game.

you're making a claim of someone refusing to kick a rule breaker. You need to outline way more in order for us to process this:

Who broke a rule, what time did they break that rule, how long were they afk for.

You need to outline the rules broken so moderators can see that the votekicks were justified, and therefore can ban anyone who didn't vote on them.

ES went AFK to grief us.

We started a votekick after 3 minutes, ES moved, resumed AFK and Reaper didn't kick because he wanted to be able to rax us.

We started another votekick, Reaper decides not to votekick again, because they are going to try and rax us (ES is holding 3000 gold and items which would have helped us).

Then after they get 2 sides and game is CLEARLY over hes like 'oh you never said kick him for griefing' which is total BS as its in the chat log and he acknowledges it.

I don't even want the AFK'er banned, i dont care about him, I care about someone on the other team knowingly not kicking an AFK'er so they have a chance to win EVEN though he knows hes griefing us.

Let me take a shot at this:
1)You can't kick b/c someone refused to kick a 3 min afk. Learn the rules before you put in these bans.
2)Game was way over.
3)Your own ally moved ES and reset the timer(see chat 29:16)

(im assuming you meant 'you cant ban* b/c etc etc...') While that is nominally true, if they were afk greifing, as in the move to reset timer, then yes it is completely bannable or if they were to briefly afk for a minute or two during key game moments repeatedly (like just happening to go afk everytime you push rax).

Irrelevant, rule breaking is rule breaking. The effect it had on the game would only determine what kind of penalty was appropriate (i.e. a warning, length of ban, etc.)

If you were afk for a bit and you come back from afk wouldnt the first thing you do is speak up? Especially if there is a vk going on.... the fact that hes said nothing for the entire duration of when you were first told he was afk to the end of the 2nd vk is proof enough. You are the worst kind of scum.

On the second vk Relax is the only sent to vote... if even one of the others voted he woulda been kicked...

Not sure how this is "swept under a rug" seeing how it's still a pending ban request, open and unprocessed for all to see. but anyway...

ES goes afk at 2215 during a crucial rax defense time and is afk until the end of the game at 30:36.

ES is banned 5 days for AFK/game ruining.
