You have to be more specific with ambeokrynn "trolling". Please describe what he did, and add the relevant timestamps. Otherwise, I will just be reviewing the antistuck abuse later.

->Because of what he said i think Ambeokrynn intentionally played bad and trolled.

but actually he cooperated, he send with team on 10 and upped the king, he just wasted some income before 7 and his delayed send for 10.

tutle@uswest.ballte.net should be banned for AS abuse to hide units.
ambeokrynn@useast.battle.net should get a warning as he was trolling yet it doesnt had huge effects on the game.

turtle@uswest banned 5 days for using antistuck abuse to hide towers.

There is not enough evidence to ban Ambeokrynn, as he did cooperate with the team.
