Essentially player sam-winchester, a morph builder, disconnected from the game. His builder was subsequently sent to titan to allow it to die. Nobody asked for this to happen.

Upon viewing the replay, it is clear that player citrus selected the morph, and then sent it towards titan to have it die. In the replay, you can see that it was only citrus controlling the morph when it was sent towards titan's direction. Later, another player selects the morph to try and get it back to safety, and that's where you can see a struggle occurring between citrus and the other player(s) with the morph.
