Hi all,

I have a grief against these abusers. magiccookie and his friend ephasori(->I forgot his real aka but he got like 1700 elo) who plays under a abuser account da-o1 in which he freeloses in US bots playing like a noob so he has low ELO then he goes playing with his friend magiccookie in order to win mass elo.

It is really obvious to prove it if you watch all their last games and I found it because they usually played together (magiccookie and ephasori) before and now epha became da-o1 who goes have even got something like 600 ELO once.

Is that allowed or bannable?

Thanks in advance,

Best regards

Naru

They played together. All in these game he played 'ok' regarding stats page. I'm not gonna review each one.

I will need to discuss about it. Cause you're right. Both user are on same IP.

It is quite obvious on da-o1 stats page... He lost all his game on US bot only playing Furion...

And just for information, I am sure about it because I have played once with them (the day I found it because da-o1 did not have the skill of such a low ELO...) and they admitted it.

This is not a new account created by esot.alphasori@europe.battle.net to intentionally boost ELO to to 'Friends' when they are playing on the same side.
Various reasoning such as siblings may be playing under same IP.
I will be checking on other replays to review this again.

User Name - da-o1
First game 2 Apr 2013 17:45:01 SGT
Last game 11 Apr 2013 06:55:01 SGT

That is just obvious, first I told you that I have played with them and they admitted it. Secondly, da-o1 did not have the skill of someone who got 2 weeks ago 600 elo...
And as I said just watch his game when he played on US bot, he picks furion and freeloses... He lost all of them and when he plays with magicookie he plays on European bot. Whatever, you can just tell me that this sort of abuse is not bannable. I am a full clan chief on bnet, so I can have many abusers but I never did it because I want fair games even if I don't want to play with noobs either...

All this is empty, no replay, I searched for you, we're investigating it for you. Why didn't you brought some of the replay he's blatanly throwing and the one he's playing correctly. Would help us. Review some too, thank.

It is in your historic replays now Da-o1 has seen my report he is playing better normally now on US bot.... When i have reported, I could still see the games where he freeloses... Now I can't... go randomly to da-o1's historic games on US bot before I have reported and he lost all of it like a noob... and watch a normal game he has played with magiccookie and you will see it...

If you can't do this, just let them go on, whatever I know it so I won't play in a game where they are. I have no problem with these guys either. I just wanted to know if abusers are bannable or can be punished.

Yes, they can be punished by game throwing, getting stats erased etc. There's many way to ban user.

You can find all game da-o1 played here.

So no it's not only in our history, cause we don't keep the replay for 4 month ago. Replay parser erase game after a certain amount of time, so if you can't bring the said game he 'admitted it' and said game where he 'throwed intentionally'. Well, we'll be stuck at the same point.

I would like to suggest to OP that we have a scrutinized 4 replays so far and found nothing conclusive enough to make any verdicts and this attempt is futile.

If OP is determined to pin the deemed violator, he has to watch and verify da-o1 previous replay and apply again in Ban request column when sufficient evidence is gathered.

For this thread, I propose closing it.

I will close this thread. Naru, come with a said replay, even two, to ban them. With fact that he (da-o1) throw game intentionaly, and that he play better with magic. Whatever. Moving to process. Thanks for reporting.
