Any further thoughts: As far I found in rules, if not -hpgmcb or -phgmcb red is obligated to say mode in lobby or if other player ask about mode he is obligated to say mode. So I guess this player using some fail modes where other players mostly time leave and he get easy win, such as no reroll or so. His only unswer was "same for all" which doesn't give unswer on what mode he will use and in same time show he wasn't afk, I asked him atleast 10 times since I rejoined few times, didn't want start game that way. I believe this kind additude is considering as game abuse just here on ENT same as on other bots. Ty

but as I said, I wasn't in that game, I'm reporting him for game lobby, he didn't want unswer about mode same as you can chk what mode he did use, I asked him more times since I was rejoining that lobby, and he wasn't afk since his only unswer was "same for all", and I did read rules and found that is not alowed and it's ban reason, same as I did found this player like to abuse more offten in game, with anti stack and simular ways.

-> @Fapion this is against our rules too, you should read them again and all rules. When red doesnt announce another mode, you can assume it's going to be -phgmcb or -hpgmcb (prophet) as these are the default modes. Just because someone isnt answering you doesnt mean he's going to break a rule. fapion[uc]@europe.battle.net should get a warning for intentionally delaying the start of a game.

Well, he didnt broke any rules. You just assume he's breaking rules in other games... nearly everyone who everplayed LTD here violated a rule once... We cant watch all games of a player because you suspect him to violate rules. I hope you understand this. If you see him violating the rules. Report him.

But I'm not a Moderator here. So wait for an answer of one, maybe they will tell you differently

@Fapion you should read our rules before you report someone because he did not break any of our rules.
He even answered you the first time: [Allistysmies]: same for everybody
Which mostlikely means that it will be hpgmcb prohphet.

Also you are not allowed to delay a game by joining/leaving, this rule can be found in our General rules.
