Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):beginning of game he builds in middle after i build on my lane i didnt notice till wave 1 started , and then his mobs started leaking on to me so i figured we should votekick before we start losing and his build gets us all killed... 12:15 he starts building on my lane... by wave 14 he sells all his towers except for meliai to lure mobs into my lane, then admits he is not healing... we have all leaks to bosses then builds again after 14 to steal kills. then sells again on 17 to kill us off... if this isnt the worst idk what is... we tried getting him kicked but people like balamyt and weedoz didnt !yes but when votekick upon me when i did nothing wrong they !yes....

terrabull@useast: should be banned for 10 days -excessive game ruining several occasions raged and said racial slurs throughout the game.

Weedoz@europe, balamyt@europe: 2 day ban -not vote-kicking

Ain't a rule, you shouldn't vk him for this reason. Please next time prevent it building in other place if you don't want to receive more gold from creeps.
