First of all im not sure where to post/ask..
I just played a 1v1 ENT-Game Legion TD and I'm not sure; Is permanently casting antistuck forbidden (its supposed to turn the units early and give them laggs on attacking) ?

Antistuck is not allowed to be used in 1v1 unless creeps are actually stuck. At the top of the page, click Wiki, then read all of the rules from there.
