M4gn0 mildly flaming his allies from the start. After sent loses team fight in their forest ally tries to votekick him but doesnt tell scourge why. Votekick fails but M4gn0 goes afk, then a minute later sells all items and buys mass wards which he then destroys. Second votekick started by blue and he types in all chat "massively buying shit" "ruining" and "kick". At this point team kills are 27 scourge to 21 sent, scourge is up two towers, and all racks are intact. Pitlord votes yes, no vote from sniper legion or weaver. Another votekick then initiated by viper who stated in all chat "kick plz sold all his items". Weaver voted yes, pitlord voted yes, sniper types -afk, no vote from legion. Sniper specifically asked to kick, and he again types -afk. At this point its pretty obvious m4gn0 is afk, he is still level 11 and hasnt been seen for many minutes, so typing -afk to determine need for votekick (if thats what he was doing) is unnecessary. At minute 31 M4gn0 comes out to fight creeps and now is visible to scourge players. They can see he is level 11 and has an empty inventory. Sniper again types -afk. M4gn0 joins team fight at bottom rack at min 32.

Game ruin and item destruction by m4ng0 confirmed.
Failure to votekick by shi7688 and lukalin 123 confirmed.

so m4gno banned 5 days for game ruining (first offense)
