Replay Link: http://storage.entgaming.net/replay/vie ... 937256.w3g
Game Name: [ENT] DotA arem us/ca #35
Your Warcraft III Username: OptimusPrime@useast.battle.net
Violator's Warcraft III Username: doc_@entconnect.battle.net
Violated Rule(s): Game Ruin - Collusion
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Entire game.
Any further thoughts: I know you don't like to hear entire game for times of violation but I suspected that Silencer was in cahoots with Bounty Hunter. Silencer was like 1150 TSR and went 2-33 kd... BH accounted for 75% of those kills and when I called him out for it @ 49 mins in and he stops going after DG after I do. DG continues to feed but I feel as though there was something extremely fishy about this game so please take a look and let me know what you think.

Many thanks,

Prime

@OptimusPrime

So what do you want us to check exactly? Minute 49? If we don't see anything there, it'll be denied unless you provide more, thanks.

Haz I'm sorry man but there isn't just a few instances. Like I said the kid went 2-33 KD. When was the last time you saw someone go that kd with over 1100 tsr? I mean I can go through and give you minute marks on ever death he had but he had 33 of them so if you just watch the replay in 3x you will see my point.

@OptimusPrime

Give me 2 deaths of him feeding on purpose. Even one will be enough. But I want it to be obvious. Then, I can ban for feeding/game ruin. I don't need 30 timestamps.

Thanks.

I watched that game and im sorry I did. Jesus, bara with lothars, and bara, gondar, and bane playing dueling dagon. It was apparent to me that doc_ knew how to play his hero from watching the first few minutes of the game. He even got fb. And I think it's clear that he was feeding and not caring. But his team didnt seem to care either. One votekick nobody voted for. He was killed 33 times, but bounty hunter only killed him 13. Thats 33% not 75. Thats not an unusual percentage for a productive carry. So I don't know you expect some kind of collusion to be drawn between those two players. Imo he intentionally fed, but to everybody that walked by in a dress, not just to bh. You even postulated in game that after you raised the question of the two playing some kind of feed game, they switched and silencer started to let everyone else kill him instead. I didnt get that impression watching the game, but even so how does one prove that? In any event I think it worthwhile to provide a couple of timestamps as asked for above, in order to have him disciplined.

@BeerLord Thanks for watching the game and I think your comment is fair.

I was BH. If you take a look at his 4 teammates (treant, axe, medusa, syllabear), all are extremely tanky. If you are a ganker with limited damage which is not enough to instantly kill a tank, who would be your first target?

Secondly, winning mid lane wins half of the game. As a solo mid ganker, I usually tend to focus enemy's mid lane so I have better control of the game (especially when he was pretty harsh to me for the first 5 min - he got me as first blood).

Silencer bought a lot of sentries, wards and a necrobook for 3 invis heroes, which is undoubtedly practical and not at all game ruining. @OptimusPrime

I have a feeling that Mr. Detective OptimusPrime is going to start his analysis to claim that Silencer is my friend again as he did in game. But if you check my history, I rarely met this Silencer. And I speak for him because I do have respect to a good player who indeed gave me a hard time during mid laning in the beginning.

33 deaths is extremely excessive and I'm not sure there's any excuse for going 2-33, even in a game so long. After quickly watching the replay, following silencer, it seems that he either fed on purpose or did not care about dying many many times. He would walk straight into ganks, go afk for a minute with enemies around, etc. However, it isn't a sure thing that he fed intentionally, and there's no real explicit rule against dying many times. Thus, I'm going to give him a light sentence of 2 days for excessive feeding/ game ruining.

I checked frequently played with doc_ and bounty hunter has maybe played 2 or 3 games out of hundreds with doc_.
