Reconsider this case please

Totally not in line with Radiant. I wish that somebody else reviews this replay. The non heal lvl 8 actually lead to loss. And we've told him several times to heal. I wonder if Radiant even reviewed the replay.

You guys would have died anyway, so a warning for a missed heal is fine.
And one missed send isnt enough to ban him, too.
