Violated Rule(s): Refusing to build in attempt to teamkill
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 29:24 was the 1st comment i made about him pushing inc over 7/9 (onwards)
Any further thoughts: we where crossing, me build him inc. i asked him to build once he got to 7/9, and then he went 7/10...... then he was 7/15... all this time i was saying i need you to build in front of my lizzards. at lvl 20 he had 1.2k gold sending units not building. when he did build he build behind my units.
also he did not heal.
