I support this. ENT.Gegner is a toxic player. Always raging, insulting and obviously requires "mh" to win. Poor.

Do not ghost by leaking information to your enemies/opponents.
The use of any utility (FCD, maphack, etc.) that gives you an unfair advantage over other players will result in a heavy ban.

this are the both rules just enforce them and stop struggle arround.
i gladly take any ban if someone of my team reports me for ghosting but i expect that any case with a proof like in this case get handled like a maphack which is nothing else especially in this case.

While we dont have an official rule explicitly forbidding this form of stream snipping, it falls under the general rules of ghosting. ENT.Gegner provided information to his teammates/himself which he should not be able to acquire/abused the fact that streams are public for his advantage.

It should be common sense that this type of behavior is not acceptable and will not be tolerated by ENT. Therefore, as precedence, ENT.Gegner will be banned five days as warning for ghosting and game ruining.

This time of behavior will be severely punished in the future. If you think you can snipe the streams and just keep quiet, dont forget that suspicious behavior is also ban-able under the third party rule.

Edit: I would like to add that the streamer in this case is not guilty (at least not based on our current interpretation). He streams, yes, but doesn't "leak" the information _directly_. Players still have to access the site and are by this act violating the ghosting rule. If the streamer, however, announces in-game that he streams and/or provides hints to that, he might be subject to punishments as well.
