Kicking for delayed sends (first one was missed by like 1 second, probably delay). second may have been missed on some other issue and tried to make it up on next level as (incommer).
The kicked player had no previous games on this server, and problems with send-timing can indicate a fairly new player.

After reviewing:

He had that first send in which i can agree maybe he missed - But the 2nd time on 7, he doens't send, pretends to be afk and right after comes back, sends all lumber alone for 8 - So the votekick was legit
