Any further thoughts: Admittedly I did leave the base in question. I was also back and had my rock up before he built anything. I was clearly planning to return to that base. It is my tactic for at first. If I am attacked first I tp to the base one over and put up just my house. I wait for the troll to leave and then I rebuild.

2:10-2:12 Grey re-enters base
2:18 Grey is the first to build his rock.
2:20 Yellow proceeds to build his.

From there, grey asks to leave and yellow refuses claiming it was empty, when it was not. So confirmed rule violation on yellow, despite grey leaving, he still re-entered and claimed it before him.
