Many suspicious moments, and one very suspicious that I cant otherwise explain.
7:07 Has been in solo lane in river and next to sent tower for several minutes with less than 200 health. Backs suddenly as sniper approaches in fog.
7:32 has 250 health gets invis rune then proceeds directly to legion in forest and kills him
13:30 suddenly backs as legion approaches him where he is solo in lane. However all were missing on minimap.
13:45 as soon as legion, who is in fog, turns back away from pursuing drow, drow turns back towards the creep wave he was retreating from.
25:28 suddenly backs from oncoming legion in ww when drow in presence of full scourge creep wave and 2 allies at his side.
35:30 Legion ww from position adjacent to rax uphill and in fog and approaches drow who is in mid lane next to trees to the right of the position of second tower. There are no wards, his allies have no wards or true site abilities. As legion gets almost all the way to him drow suddenly turns and silences him then dusts blindly.

In addition to the note from Beerlord,

Drow was basically ungankable. None of his death was from gank, since he back each time. Especially at 7:07 and 25:28. He not only back, but ran in the exact opposite direction of the gank. This is extremely odd. Each battle, he was always weary of LC. You can see him slightly run each battle, as if to avoid LC's ult. The strongest proof is at 35:30 as noted.

I played with him before and suspected him too.

well suspected from actually know it is a dif, at 35:30 there is no need for anything else, did my job as lc fine, targeted the wickest and most powerfull enemie and went there with lorthar's edge, this team battle should have been easily won if it wasn't for the maphack... (i can answerr to my own posts, cant I?)
that game costed me on my elo and kdr, it's not the 15 elo we could have won, it's +15 elo we lost, + the deaths

so, 3 days later and still no reply on that post.... still this player has no ban, what's going to be?
