Any further thoughts: hard to use the !ignore command, due to iilllllilllllii @ europe.battle.net / slayer in game ... this guy is a nuisance with his so-called religious bs ... but he never gets banned, since he breaks no major rules ... nonetheless, anyone who played with him can testify how annoying he is ... and he deserves to do some time ...

There's literally no reason to ban him because you dislike what he says. If you use !ignore, it doesn't show his text to annoy you, so I mean..

usually when i see him in lobby, i change sides ... and when the game starts, i type the command "!ignore ii" ...

after checking the rules, excessive spam is bannable ... allow him some free time to learn better quotes from the book ...

Okay, so, when I am reinstated, if I am reinstated as moderator, I will be denying this request if someone else hasn't processed it yet. You realize that MODERATORS are the law. Spam is the least of the worries and IF he is banned, it will be 2 hours tops.

The ignore function is in place for a reason. No reason to ban for 34 hours as spamming is simply an annoyance, not game ruining as it can be handled by the !ignore function.
