undeadkingpr@useast warned for solo upping king - should have communicated with team first, but send was not announced. The "stop" was really insufficient to get him to stop (only save about 200 wood at that point anyways).

After requested for a second review, I've come to this conclusion -

There's the initial call, also sanctioned by red later in the chatlog to try and attempt 17. Coming around to level 11, he starts upgrading king which by definition of the rule is in violation by not save-sending.

undeadkingpr has 2,000+ games, also being known in the 1200+ community, he knows better than to blatantly do solo actions like that.

There's the later call on sending 15 as a ''last resort''. Come the end of 13, blue sends 2 gargolye's which the team immediately notices and are forced to send due to it, even knowing they have blasters.
