Actually we just got word from our head administrator that we can ban for map hack in public games, but keep in mind you can't report people for stuff like game ruining or anything less than maphack. Our jurisdiction for public games only stretches to map hack and nothing else. I'm going to review the replay now.

Agreements is correct on one point though, you cannot use FCD in autohost games or you will be subject to a ban or warning at our discretion.

@xxDragoonxx - I confirmed every fog click with 100% certainty. User is banned for 1 year for map hacking. Moving to processed.
