Any further thoughts: I do nothign wrong, I go all team fights and attack, only back when oom and team is dead. To go Rambo vrs husk/pa/Es as ember mid game with no mana is suicide, this noob don't understand that. These trix guy I have seen many time rage and blame others when he gets owned and here he starts unjust kick and threatens others with ban if they no kick

After reviewing this replay this is my conclusion:

Ember Spirit (grit) was playing well and broke no rules throughout the whole game. Votekick was unjust and therefore abusing the votekick command. Trixr4kidz should be banned for starting the votekick process and all who voted yes should be banned/warned as well.
