Ok first of all i know i have long ban history, but i try to be calm now and dont break any rulez.
Second of all i never report any1 before because if i want to do it i will report milion people per day because dota community is tragic and we all know that.
Lastly, from now on i will report some people because they rly deserve it.

I watched the replay, and here is my review.
At minute 8:51 he isn't really "flaming". He is just asking slardar to be more aware of his surroundings, while using the "F" word. That's because slardar was farming right next to him while he was fighting two people.

Which results in inute 24 TraxIce ( Lich ) starts farming in the enemy jungle and farming solo on top lane, while his team is pushing mid.
He keeps at it for several minutes. In particular, at minute 28, all of his teammates are mid pushing, and he is still on the same spot, top near the jungle, farming alone.
His team loses the fight, kinda obvious since it was 4v5 with lich farming top, and at minute 28 Azrael votekicks Traxice.
In my opinion, this is 100% legitimate votekick. Reason : Intentionally refusing to help your team push/win the game. AKA throwing/game ruining.

Then this happens :

Which proves that your only goal in this game, after he got a bit aggressive with you, was to push Azrael to kick you, so you can report him.

Meanwhile, after all this, lich is still in the same spot, keeping his routine up. For a total of 8 minutes.

Minute 30:50 is the second votekick by Azrael. Same legitimate reason.
Minute 31 lich goes to their jungle for a change, and starts farming again, while his team is pushing.
1 minute later the 3rd votekick happens, same deal.
Minute 32 lich moves to attack bot tower, while his team is pushing 3rd towers/barracks at mid AND top.

Adding +5 days to Azrael's ban here? Be careful with this, it could be taken as an attempt to impersonate an Enterprise Gaming authority.

Overall i noticed Traxice game ruining by refusing to join his team for a total of 15-20 minutes.
Yes, Azrael was a bit aggressive against you a couple of times. Nothing too much tho, and you ignored him, which is fine. In the future, you should just continue your game normally. Don't let other people's words comfuse you. If you can't handle it, just ignore them.

In my opinion, this BRQ is a clear deny, and Traxice should get a couple of days ban, or a warning, depending on his history.

We do not ban OP on their own ban requests unless exceptional conditions, such as posting a ban request in order to avoid being banned.
