He impersonated the bot and announced a draw resulting in one of his own teammate leaving and screwed up the whole game. After i told him what he did was bannable, he totally denied and said that he will ban me for making up rules

Any further thoughts: He asked me in lobby if i wanna cross, i said ok. Then in the game he automatically starts building in my lane and telling me to go 6/1. At this point i tell him no, go solo. He proceeds to rage and leave his units there. Then he steals most of my kills till round 5 at which point he sells his towers and costs us the game by missing a heal. Everyone agreed he should be banned.

On a side note, I got into an argument with kiwikiller[qq] and I wanted to clarify this situation once and for all, since i've seen it come up a lot lately. There was a !draw vote level 1. During the draw vote, I typed in ALL chat the following "The game has been recorded as a draw. You may leave at anytime". I did this as a sarcastic joke but teal actually ended up thinking it was real and left. Now i read and re-read all the rules on entforum:

General Rules

Do not spam chat during games.
Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.
Do not leave before the game has certainly ended, especially if no other player has left.
Do not delay a game from starting by joining/leaving multiple times or otherwise.
Do not lie about modes. If you intend to choose a non-default mode or if there is no known default mode, announce the mode in lobby or vote ingame/in lobby.
Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned (note, !draw is not an obligation, but a vote).
Any form of votekick abuse.
Do not ruin the game on purpose:

Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.
Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.
Do not save or pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay.
Do not ghost by leaking information to your enemies/opponents.
Do not purposely glitch or exploit the game.
If teammates shared control, do not abuse it.

Do not dodge your bans. Dodging is defined as playing on a different account while being banned on another account, often by a (purposely triggered) change of the IP. Dodging is considered a major offense equal to maphacking.
The use of any utility that hides your real IP (proxies/vpns, etc.).
The use of any utility (FCD, maphack, etc.) that gives you an unfair advantage over other players will result in a heavy ban.
Do not multibox. Using two computers/two accounts to be in one (and the same) game as one human being is not allowed.
Do not impersonate any Enterprise Gaming authority (be it a staff member or our bot).
Do not threat or mock community members and do not ddos or dox them.

LTD Mega

When picking a mode other than the default one (-hpgmcb prophet or -phgmcb), mode setter (red) must announce it in the lobby before the game starts. Every player must be informed, so they have the opportunity to leave in case of dislike.
Refusing to heal.
Refusing to cooperate when asked to do so several times by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win.
Refusing to build in attempt to teamkill.
Do not sell value to stall time and gain an advantage on a racing level.
Do not build close to your teammate without consent to steal kills.
Do not juggle the king preventing him from attacking or killing units.
Do not change the king's target to delay killing, except to efficiently kill multiple targets or kill higher priority targets such as sent units or low hp units. Range stomping and backward waving is allowed.
Intentionally leaving after sending as incomer to give an advantage to valuer in cross is bannable.

Antistuck

Must be used on your stuck units.
Cannot be used on opponent team.
Cannot be used to kill-steal your teammate. (Using anti-stuck on units in the middle is allowed.)
Cannot be used to delay or prevent units from teleporting to king with the intention to hide units or to aggro units away from king.
Cannot be used on creeps and sends that are attacking the king

Nowhere does it say you may not write such things. This should be clarified for the purpose of this ban request and the community in general.

Please refer to this link where I explained what ACTUALLY happened. How is typing out something in a sarcastic joking way IMPERSONATING an ENT bot? I did nothing to impersonate anything and it clearly showed that 2 more votes are needed to draw.

So he thought what he did was OK and he thinks these are fake rules. He said he would ban me for making up rules.

Also, all game long, he was threatening other players to ban them, but in the end, he was the troll ruining the game.

Finally, I suggest the he gets an exceptionnal punishment by getting perma ban, since he is a very toxic player. I also suggest not to ban sig3 for leaving, since he didn't know the game was actually not draw for real.

Mods....I am going to go ahead and post up two more examples of this guy ruining games. He is running rampant today....can merge those too once they are up. This guy should get more than the average ban seeing as he's doing it GAME AFTER GAME. He wasn't even on my team in the games i'm going to post up i just hate players like this.

Well for our game it was a different scenario. russianltd asked leejohntd in the lobby to cross and he agreed and later during game, leejohntd refused to cross with him. And honestly, not matter what the reason is, leejohntd should never impersonate an ENT bot by saying the game have been drawn which results in someone else innocently leaving and getting an autobanex. My BRQ is on leejohntd and not russianltd.
