Violated Rule(s): by building buildings with spaces in between he was making the units unmovable, spent every turn telling him not to but he refuse to communicate.

Any further thoughts: I don't think a player that ruins game experience should be allowed, being new to the game and is learning is understandable, but after my attempts to guide him not to do so I believe he's ruining other's experience on purpose therefore I think that he should be banned.

@Crizpy Hes Russian, so his knowlage and understanding of english might be flawed big time, since the chance that a player speaks and understands english can be slim to high depending where the player is from. So asking them from start might be a good move so that you know what to expect from them while your playing together.
Burato - "yes yes ok im" that was all he said in that game even with the lobby chat added. So would not be a big leap to asume that his russian origin is a reason for him not beeing that advanced in english.
So yea annoying for you with first 1 afker and then 1 non-english.
