the only reason i initiated that was because he watched 2 of us die and purposely didn't cast his net with full mana during an important team fight. Once he started helping he actually played way better than you..

you were the lowest level by 5 levels and fed 18 times even with blatantly MHing.. that is way worse

Just because a hero didn't play how you wanted him to doesn't mean you get to votekick for "griefing". Also, dying in teamfights isn't "feeding."

I watched this replay yesterday, trying to find evidence against player CountChocula96 for maphacking.
Found none.
I remember clearly, that this votekick was abusing.

However, it was a one-time insident, and it got no votes.
Abusing votekick once is not ban-worthy. If he has history, it might be. Otherwise, a warning at max.

But I think user should be punished, at least lightly, to establish a history. I'm just saying that because this is the 3rd mod warning about him, and every time the mods admitted he did something wrong, but then decided not to punish him......How will he ever get banned if we don't establish a paper trail? Also, he should've known not do that, because he reported me for votekick recently. He even knew I was in the game. So I get banned for a votekick abuse and he doesn't. Wtf ?

one votekick that does not come close to being carried is not considered votekick abuse. Your bans for votekick were very different scenarios. I also find no evidence of maphack.
