After examining the lobby chat, this is all i found.

He said the below 4 times. I am not familiar with the modes in LTD yet, but this is not even close to the mode he chose.
The weird part is that many people defend him, saying he actually announced it, which leads me to believe that this was an attempt to announce the modes. But, i play this game, i am new to it, and i would never realize he is referring to the mode he is gonna choose.

I believe he should be banned for failing to announce clearly, in a way that everyone would understand, the modes in the lobby.
