Any further thoughts:
I believe it is should be banned when, Blue, in this case Zockerboy sends several times alone - I confront him and ask him to refrain from it where as he simply says he is allowed to and can do what he want, I try to explain him the rules and he ignores them as if he is unaware of their existence, thereafter he keeps sending alone.

Player Zockerboy solo sends waves 1-2-4 with no communication. At wave 4, purple asks him to stop it, and informs him that it's bannable.
He solo sends again on wave 8.

Banned 2 days for solo sending on multiple occasions.
