Your ban request seems to be incomplete. Mods prefer that you fill out all the information in the fields, making it easier to view.
Further, without providing a link or the game name, they can not view the replay or its contents. When reviewing, we don't want to have to search through all of the games of his to find the specific replay. And without knowing your username, (unless it's "warlord1994) it is even more difficult.

well, this guys been banned 10 times and still able to dodge, i think the mods handled him can figure it out lol.
seem like need different way to ban this guy or wasting time to report him anyway.
