For future references, "Time of Violation (in-game or replay)" doesn't mean to paste the replay link again, it means to paste timestamps or rounds in which the incidents happened. Glad you managed to do so in the further thoughts though, thank you.

After I watched the replay, I saw at about 20:21 he mass solo sends. The rest of the team had agreed to saving up and sending on 13.

He decided to solo send after everyone agreed to save. He made his own decision in hopes of getting the rest of the team to follow along.

Though he did indeed send solo, I watched replay till the end and you were still able to pull of mass send on 13. Solo send on 10 was not a major throw as you still ended up winning where you expected to. I think that send on 10 was a bad idea, but wasn't enough to make too much of a difference. Sk.73 had a bad judgement this game.
To conclude this, I think that Sk.73 will probably get a short ban or warning for solo sending on 10.
