Well you have been trolled there is no Blinky but, there is the Duplicator.

Im gonna keep this short, just in case no one wants it xD.

Duplicator:

Well what does duplicator do ? It can make copies of it self to run hide and troll my favourite part.
This builder needs clones to hunt minions because its weak without them.

Escape ability:

Windwalk: Makes you invisible for x amount of time and increases your speed by x %.

Chain Hook:

Pulls you to something or away from it.



Passive:Cloning (Can be unlocked when "Duplication" is researched.)

Can make up to 3 weaker copies of you that have their damage and health reduced up to 5%.(Requiers
Rank 1"Cloning Cell 1" Researched.)

Rank 2"Cloning Fusion" Increases the ability to get 2 clones. and reduces the health and damage done 2.5%.

Rank 3"Cloning Nucleus" Increases the ability to get 3 clones and reduces the health and damage done by 0% and

gives the clones a passive to have a 5% evasion.

Spells:

"Evasion" Gives you a 10% evasion.

Passive: "Deep Wounds" Increases damage done only by Duplicator up to 10, 1 stack per hit.

"Shadows Mark" Put on a curse that deals 10 damage per 2 seconds.

Passive:"Razor Edge" Gives a chance to deal critical damage.

It is a tip of the iceberg. Would like to see something more, you're not giving much to work with. In case for something like Builders or Titans to be created out of suggestions, they need to be well presented and actually have good in-depth analysis to tell what is the purpose of suggestion (in this case, what is the role of the builder and what new he brings on the gameplay, no individual abilities here).

For me, many of these abilities are something that have no synergy or real "reason to be there" here. Realize that it's not something I am after.

I would put more thinking into it if i got alot of people "hyped?" about it.

Well one idea that came into mind is an Hybrid builder because we dont have anything like that.
