Morph Needs the Nerf

When a morph can solo a lvl 13 titan at the gold mine with the 900 lumber upgrade for healing. There is a problem

He is indeed receiving a nerf in the next patch from today (2 weeks)
- An armor reduction
- Certain skill fixes that were the original intended value but at some point were buffed
- Cooldown increase in this patch (today) that should help a little with his current OP'ness
