[4.0.0] Bug Reporting Information

This thread is information for reporting bugs only. Post general game suggestions in the main topic here.
I'm using this for existing bugs / suggestions.

Hey everyone!

A few things:
  • Most of the Titans are currently disabled (from picking or randoming). This is because I'm redoing each of them taking care to make sure all hotkeys are consistent and tooltips are concise and correct.
  • Some Builders are also disabled. These ones have issues that need a lot of work, or are in the process of a complete remake. Don't worry, you'll see your favorite ones back and will hopefully like the changes made to them!
  • Make sure of your game mode before posting bugs. If you are in single player, or you use an hcl command string containing "d" the game will enter debug mode (I'll put an indicator in the feederboard for this to make it a little clearer). In debug mode, a few things happen:
    • All unoccupied slots are loaded with fake players, these players will "pick" random every time but will not move around or anything.
    • The script that removes afk players will not run, so most likely those fake players will become minions (I might make it so they run away from mid but it was perfect for my testing purposes).
    • Game victory is disabled. The game will not end itself.
    • The cheatpack embedded into the map will be activated for all players. Commands are below.

      -act [activator] (Changes activator to whatever specifed, needs a - at the beginning)
      -unitid (Shows the unit's rawcode)
      -itemid (Shows the unit's item rawcode in first slot)
      -destid (Shows rawcode of destructable in Reg)
      -destroy (Removes selected units)
      -revive (Revives dead hero and spawns at selected unit)
      -addhp (Adds hp to any unit, needs to be divisable by 50)
      -colors (Displays player numbers by color)
      -say###### (# = hex code only 0-9 and A-F will work)(After the hex just put the text you want displayed)
  • Look out for "white" game messages
    These ones usually mean something unexpected has happened, and you should pay attention to what they say and notify me. I've left debug code in the map so if something goes wrong it should spam the screen each time (this information is extremely useful to me).

Bug Template:
