After crawling for almost 2 hours the old beta versions and related posts I've noted something that seems to happen when it comes to balancing.
The thing is simple:
Balance > OK, it's balanced > Add new content > Damn, so OP > Balance > OK, it's balanced > Add new content > Damn, so OP > ... You get me...
Even though it may be highly inviable (first versions would be total anarchy) just adding a high amount of features, changes, d.m. then balance it out.
You see, even if it's more organized to test in little steps, it'll really help the beta testing time being lower doing the testing in this intricate method.
Feedback is welcome even if flame...!

The issue with that is that features take a lot of time to implement, so it's not very feasible to have a "featureful" version.
It's very easy to get burnt out on major ones (such as the upgrade system).
As far as balance is concerned, most of the issues come from old problems being brought back into the light. So they were always there just now that we have something we can do about them (ie. a version that's actually under active development) they're discussed more often.
