New Character Suggestions

Hey guys, so this forum section is where are going to post new character ideas. It can be as simple as this: I want to add Darui to the game. Or you can go in depth, as I will do tomorrow, and create an entire essay with skills and their breakdown, starting stats, image of the hero etc. I will start the list off with my fav dood from naruto, Darui. Also if you can add the link for where you get your info from, in case it comes of some importance further down the road.

Darui is the 5th Raikage, so he is going to be fast. I would like him to be a melee and an agility based hero while also starting off with a good amount of base chakra since he was able to use three of the sage of six paths tools and then continue fighting in the war after, Manga and show. Being that he is a Black Lightning user his spells will be almost instantaneous and they will come with a stun/slow.

This jutsu will be targeted towards the user. It will add a certain amount of magic dmg per cast without a max. However, if the user does not use the accumulated magic dmg within 20 seconds(of the first boost) then the damage boost will be reset to 0. (dmg caps at 5xdmg)

After generating black lightning from their body which takes the form of a panther, the user can manipulate it to affect multiple victims at once by electrocuting them. Like various other Lightning Release techniques, the potency of this ability can be increased through the application of water (taken from the site above).
This will be a target unit jutsu which will slow the target but can only be cast on Heros.

RANGE: 500
SLOW: 20 %ms 2.5s / 20%ms 2.5s / 25%ms 3s /30%ms 3s
DMG: 150/175/225/250

Darui R Skill- Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration (Charge): http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Lightning_ ... nspiration

This is a fusion technique (融合術, Yūgōjutsu)[1], where the user employs Water Release and Lightning Release. After releasing a large water wave from his mouth, Darui forms the Lightning Release seals, thereby mixing a lightning into the water. If a target is hit by this, they will instantly receive an electrical shock (From site above).
This will be a target area jutsu, it will affect the area directly in front of darui. . This jutsu will also reduce the magic defence of the hero(s) that is caught within the aoe.

CHARGE: .5s
RANGE: 500
AOE: 500
EFFECT: 15% less magic resistance 5s/20% 6s/25% 7s/35% 8s

Darui T Skill- Storm Release: Laser Circus (Charge): http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Storm_Rele ... ser_Circus

This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then it encircles the user's hand and from that, the beams are shot out towards the enemy.[2] The user is able to alter the beam's direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity.[3] The user can also increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy (From site above).
This will be his ultimate jutsu which will be a target area jutsu;. Darui will send 5 beams of laser into the area each dealing equal damage. Once the beams strike the target area each beam will have a secondary aoe in which it will cause reduced damage in. it will also immobilize them by bouncing off the target hero onto the other heros.

why add darui?

when you can add heroes like : shisui,konohamaru,yagura,hanzo,chiyo or guren ( ice prodigy ) :)?

The user creates crystal shuriken in the shape of snowflakes to launch at the target. The user can choose to remotely spin these shuriken in order to increase its lethal power. The user can also choose to turn the shuriken into multiple crystal shards to surprise attack the target (From website).
This will not be a jutsu that will deal heavy damage it is more of combination jutsu who's effect is what this user will look to use. When this spell is used the user has the opportunity, but does not need to, to throw three shuriken in a 3 second window before the the jutsu will have to cooldown again. The user needs to land 2/3 of the shuriken for the effect to take place. If the user lands two out of three shuriken then the user can cast the ultimate jutsu without physically using it on them. The shuriken will strike the first enemy unit it comes in contact with, hero or creep.

Guren releases two tenketsu points to greatly increase her chakra for a short time by changing her life force into chakra, allowing the use of taxing techniques such as Crystal Release: String of Glory. The amount of chakra released is so much that it becomes visible and causes water to form a vortex around her, similar to the one caused by opening the "Sixth Gate of Joy" from the Eight Gates. Her eyes also turn completely white momentarily (from website).
This jutsu will b a body cloaking jutsu, in which she will only take physical damage, all other damage will be negated to 0. However, any spell damage taken will be reduced to 10% and the damage will be done to the mana while this jutsu is active.

After using the Pressure Points of Harm and Death technique, Guren encases herself in a prism of crystal. The prism can hover in the air, but seems to be immobile. However, the prism protects her from almost any attack, as it was capable of withstanding a barrage of continuous Rasengan, only shattering in the end. In addition, this technique allows her to attack by focusing her chakra into powerful heat blasts launched through the prism's tip (from website).
This jutsu will be a pure dps jutsu. The only effect it will have is a drain on target unit's mana.

This technique allows Guren to encase a large area in crystal, thus crystallising everything within it. This technique was first used in Guren's battle with the Three-Tailed Beast, but to no avail, as it broke out shortly after (from website).
This is Guren's ultimate jutsu, it is a body incasing stun jutsu. This is used with the shuriken spell. If the user lands two out of three shuriken guren will then have a 30 second window in which she can cast this ultimate jutsu which will encase the target in pink crystals immobilizing/silencing them for the given time. It will also cause damage over time. If the Guren does not land two out of three shuriken then this spell will only damage the other hero if Guren lands a physical melee strike on the targeted hero. If Guren lands three out of three shuriken then the ultimate will receive a 50% dmg boost (100 to 150).

So I have had a little Naruto splurge and decided to watch all the Naruto movies over the years and I just finished watching the movie will of fire (Link: http://watchnarutoanime.com/naruto-ship ... l-of-fire/). The main foe in this is Hiruko and he has some pretty cool jutsu's as he absorbs four kekkei genkai giving him access to steel, swift, dark, and storm release. This will be my new character project and I hope everyone likes it.

Hiruko (image: https://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/na ... 1208054114) in the film is almost a mummy figure as he is almost completely encased in bandages. (this is for in game ->) He will use these bandages to attack with a range style (similar to sasori so closer range); almost like hitting the enemy with the bandages (like a whip).

This is the first part of a two fold jutsu. The first, Hiruko will absorb all ninjutsu (for ingame he can absorb it through his hand) that are used against him while this jutsu is active, he will have a damage cap. While this jutsu is active all damage from the jutsu will be negated to 0 (hex jutsu's will work, sage etc.). If there is a silence used on this user while this spell is activated the silence will be ignored. In order for this jutsu to activate the user must have more than 25% of their max chakra left. Once the max damage is reached the user can use the second part of the spell. If the damage cap is reached prior to the max duration of the spell the effects of this spell will wear off allowing the second part to be activate.

In order for this jutsu to be used the user must have absorbed ninjutsu from the first part of the spell. The user will then be able to release the absorbed jutsu whenever they want to (there will be no reset, only after the user uses this spell). The user will not be able to activate the first part of the jutsu until they use the absorbed damage. This will be a target unit jutsu that can be used on any enemy unit, it will then lower that units magic resistance to that of 10% of the damage done. The user will shoot out blue light (regardless of color of jutsu used against him) through his hand (pick one does not matter which) at his target.

Dmg max: 100, 200, 300, 400
Effect: lowers the magic resistance to 10% of damage done for 5s. (if 135 dmg is done the targets MR goes down by 13%, always rounds down).

This jutsu will be a debuffing speed enhancing jutsu. When the user casts this jutsu any slow or stun jutsu used against the user will no longer be in effect. However, if this spell is cast prior to the stun or slow then the user will be slowed or stunned according to the spell. (This jutsu can not be used to escape out of anko's pull, temari's tornado, or garaa's w spell, or rock lee's spell; this would have to be used after the animation is done) This user will gain a short MS and AS boost for the given time. The boost would stack with any other item boost that is used (at least I would like it to).

This jutsu will reduce the physical damage that is done to Hiruko. In the movie he turns his hand to a black steel and stops a sword from damaging him. This jutsu will, i hope, turn Hiruko's body black for the given time and reduce the physical damage received by a %.

In the movie, and according to the website, this jutsu simply increases the amount of chakra and jutsu that Hiruko can absorb and thus redirect. However, I would like this spell to actually do damage instead of having to accumulate it first. This jutsu will do damage equal to that of 25% of Hiruko's max chakra. As this jutsu is leveled up the range will get bigger and the CD will get lower. This will be a target unit jutsu that can only be used on hero's, the jutsu will form a black cloud in front of Hiruko and then release white lightning that will hit the target unit (similar to sasuke's hold) and deal damage. If the jutsu is cast on the target unit while it is in the range and the target unit runs out of the range the jutsu will still work. There is no way to escape this jutsu once it is targeted at you, it will hit you even if you go into a cave or invis (unless you activate a stone of gelel). (If possible) If the target unit goes invisible or activates the stone of gelel, during the charge period, then the target unit will reappear or the stone will be deactived and no damage will be taken as a result of the debuff.

You could try playing -Naruto Online- as well, there is also input for other Ninjas :) Maybe you get new ideas if u give it a shot

pretty fun game too
