Yes, it's broken from the new patch and we hope there comes a fixing one, cause it's unplayable as it is right now, sadly

Most of NWU players use normal server, so probably none from here is able to give you the right answers.
I'd recommend you to ask an admin for help or post on this thread (technical support: viewforum.php?f=11)
