Gem TD+ 1.3.1 Released

Gem TD+ 1.3.1 is a simple bug fix release. Behavior from the old map was found to interfere with the new disarm and stun systems. Specifically, when reaching 70+ kills spell immunity was added to a structure due to the implementation of kill bonuses. This release addresses that behavior.
