The issue you mention is for Gem TD+ 1.3.1. See
this post for a list of order ids that are different in patch 1.28. Gem won't be the only map affected by this issue; although, each map will probably express the issue differently. Ultimately, a fix by Blizzard will be required to restore all order ids to their pre-1.28 values, given that many maps are not even updated anymore.
This issue is why I worked to release 1.3.2 last night. The fixed version is waiting to be pushed to the bot and is mentioned in the Suggestions forum
here.
Edit: However, other 1.28 patch issues have come to light. For example, Poison Slate does not apply its damage over time. There are other instances as well. Playing the map in 1.27b does not have these issues. I guess I'm going to have to check for more breakage from this latest patch. Most likely 1.3.3 tomorrow.
