Gem TD+ 1.4.1 Released

Gem TD+ 1.4.1 is primarily a bug fix release. It does remove the `-reminders` command, which proved mostly to be an annoyance.
For players who dive into difficulties other than `Extreme`, it should be noted that difficulty scales life now rather than armor. This makes those difficulties harder in the early and mid game. When playing `Extreme`, however, nothing has changed.
