I dont know if its right place to post it. There is a problem with draw option and some players abuse of this option :

The problem doesn't lie on the map development, but on the votekick system. It's currently on a fair requirement of votes, but it can be abused when one or several players have left the game.

Anyway, you did good reporting this game, as draw abuse is bannable.
