y i know this link 1.30.1 but game download after install = 1.30.4 version lol cant play 1.30.4 wcconnect ??

You must use the Warcraft III.exe and not the launcher. After use the LAN menu button and games will appear there.
Clicking battle.net or using the launcher.exe will prompt an update to the current version.
